CONFIDENTIALITY

We know how difficult it is to come up with an idea or inspiration to create a new design, that's why we have absolute respect for the confidentiality of your work. at starwax under no circumstances we will share or show our customer's work to others. We work with several companies that manufacture copyrighted material, and sometimes we got asked to sign additional N.D.A.(Non Disclosure Agreement) for additional protection. If confidentiality is a main concearn of yours, please feel free to send us your N.D.A..

SHIPPING

Once your order is complete, you will be able to come to pick it up at our location, or if you are not in our area, we will ship it to you trough FedEX (Shipping costs are not included in the services prices). In the case you have purchased a service other than CAD and WAX, therefore some precious metal and/or stones need to be shipped, the shipmenent will be insured for it's entire value. If you don't want the insurance on the shipping, you will have to notify us by email. If you choose to decline the insurance, we will have no responsability in the case the packadge get lost or stolen after we shipped it.

PAYMENTS

Once the order is complete, we will notify you and attach a detailed invoice in the communication. At this point if are are coming to pick-up in person, you can choose to pay with cash or check or Bitcoin at the pick-up. If your order is to be shipped, you can choose to pay with credit card, check or bitcoins.
Credit Card: In this case will send you a checkout link where you will be able to pay using your credit card. If you are paying an order that includes precious metals and or stones with credit card, an additional 5% fee will have to be added to the transaction.
Check: In this case all you will have to do is take a picture of a check (front and back) and e-mail it to us. Once the check clears, your order will be shipped.
Bitcoins: In this case all you have to do is transfer the total, and your order will be shipped immediatelly.
All orders has to be paid in full at delivery or before shipping. Under no circumstances we will ship or deliver goods that has not yet been paid.

RETURNS

We are sure that you will love the goods that you will purchase from us, but if for any reasons you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept your returns.
Waxes: We honor refund for waxes only in the case the wax has been delivered damaged. In this case, within 2 days you will have to submit us a picture showing the issue and we will issue a store credit for the total amount. We are not responsible for bad castings or misshandling of the waxes.
Castings: If you purchased a raw casting, and while finishing it you notice porosity issues, we will take the casting back and refund the price of the metal at the day of purchase. If with your purchase you have choosen to buy the pre-finishing service, and then you are not happy with the quality of the casting, then we will refund you the entire amount wax+metal+labor.
Finished Goods: If you purchased a finished good, and you are not satisfied with it, we will give you 100% refund on the purchase. The item in question will have to be unworn, unmodified, unscretched. All the GIA certifications will have to be returned with the item, failing to do so will cost a base of $99 fee for us to recertificate the stone.
